Shipping policy

At Rossolighting, we want your shipping costs, delivery times, and order handling process to be clear before you place an order. Please review our shipping policy below before purchasing.

1. U.S. Shipping

Shipping Availability:
We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • Remote and Rural Areas: Remote and rural U.S. addresses may require additional transit time. If a carrier cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you before shipment.
  • Multiple Shipments: Orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on the product type and availability. If your order is shipped in multiple parts, you may receive your products in separate deliveries.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

The order cut-off time is 06:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time (Shanghai). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after we receive your order, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Shipping Options, Times, and Rates

Shipping times are estimated transit times after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing time is not included in the shipping time shown below.

To make your shopping experience easier, we offer two shipping methods with different delivery times and costs. The available shipping options and final shipping cost will also be shown at checkout before you place your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping Availability: We currently ship only to eligible U.S. addresses as described above.
  • No Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses due to carrier limitations.
  • Address Accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Rossolighting is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

6. Incorrect or Changed Address

  • Address Verification: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to make sure it is complete and correct.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@rossolighting.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once the order is in the fulfillment stage.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

  • Tracking Your Package: We provide tracking numbers for all shipments once the order has shipped.
  • What to Do If Your Package is Missing: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, your building office, or the local carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@rossolighting.com within 10 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. We will assist you in contacting the carrier and work to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement shipment depending on the carrier investigation.

8. Estimated Delivery Date Changes

  • Delays Beyond Our Control: Shipping or delivery may be delayed by weather events, carrier delays, customs checks, remote delivery locations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will notify you of any changes to the estimated delivery date.
  • Delayed Orders: If your order has not been delivered within 60 calendar days after shipment, please contact us at support@rossolighting.com. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a full refund.

9. Import Taxes and VAT

  • Import Duties and Taxes: For U.S. orders, product prices include applicable import duties and taxes. Rossolighting covers applicable import duties or taxes charged for delivery to the United States.
  • Customs Fees: Customers are not expected to pay additional import duties at delivery. If a carrier contacts you about customs documents or fees, please contact us at support@rossolighting.com before making any payment.

10. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment through our Track Order Page.
  • Help with Tracking: If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at support@rossolighting.com for assistance.

11. Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Contact us at support@rossolighting.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible after delivery.
  • After review, we will offer replacement parts, a replacement fixture, or a refund depending on the issue.
