Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
At Rossolighting, we stand behind the quality of our fixtures under normal residential use. We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product from Rossolighting.
This warranty applies to products used in indoor dry locations unless the product page specifically states another approved use.
What is Covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
- Electrical or structural issues caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Approved warranty issues reported within 1 year of delivery.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect voltage, electrical surges, accidents, or external events.
- Damage caused by use in outdoor, damp, wet, or unsuitable locations unless the product page specifically states that the product is approved for that use.
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, minor finish variation, or changes caused by natural use or environmental conditions.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or marks caused by improper handling, installation, cleaning, or use.
- Bulbs and other consumable parts, unless explicitly stated in the product description or confirmed as defective upon delivery.
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by unauthorized third parties.
- Products that have been resold, transferred, or purchased from an unauthorized source.
2. Warranty Claims Process
To request a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@rossolighting.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the defect.
- Claim Review: Our team will review your submission within 1-2 business days and may request additional information if needed.
- Resolution for Approved Warranty Claims: For most approved warranty claims, you do not need to return the defective item to us. Depending on the issue, we may arrange replacement parts, a replacement fixture, or a refund if a suitable replacement is unavailable.
3. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 1 year from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for verification. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
The warranty period does not restart or extend after replacement parts, a replacement fixture, or a refund resolution is provided.
4. Limited Warranty and Liability
This warranty is limited to replacement parts, a replacement fixture, or a refund for the defective product when approved. Rossolighting does not cover third-party costs, including electrician charges, installation or removal labor, unauthorized return shipping costs, or other service fees.
Rossolighting is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect voltage, unauthorized modifications, external events, water exposure, fire, power surges, or use outside the product's stated specifications.
Nothing in this warranty limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
5. Refunds for Approved Warranty Claims
If your product is found defective and a suitable replacement part or replacement fixture is unavailable, we may issue a refund to your original payment method as the resolution for the approved warranty claim.
In most approved warranty cases where a refund is issued, you will not be required to ship the defective item back to us. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after final claim approval.
6. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Shipping costs for unauthorized returns or exchanges.
- Damage from external factors such as power surges, water damage, fire, weather, or improper storage.
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, minor finish variation, or environmental aging.
- Consumable parts, including bulbs, unless specified as defective upon delivery.
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications made by third parties.
- Products used outside the recommended environment or product specifications.
7. Product Care and Maintenance
To help protect your product and avoid warranty issues, please follow the product care instructions included with your order or listed on the product page. Proper care and maintenance can help prevent damage and extend the usable life of the product.

8. Warranty Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product from Rossolighting.
- This warranty is void if the product is resold, transferred, modified, repaired by unauthorized third parties, or used outside the stated product specifications.
- Consumers in certain jurisdictions may have additional rights beyond this warranty. Nothing in this warranty limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under applicable law.
