How to File a Claim:

- Claim Review: Once we receive your claim, our team will review the provided information and assess whether the issue qualifies for a warranty replacement or repair.
- Approval and Processing: If your claim is approved, we will ship a free replacement for the defective item. If the product cannot be repaired, we will ship a brand-new light fixture at no additional cost.

Return Process:
If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure that the product is carefully packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all accessories or parts included.
3. Warranty Period
- The warranty period is 360 days from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) for verification. This warranty period does not extend beyond the initial purchase date.
4. Limited Warranty
- This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We do not cover any associated costs such as labor fees, installation expenses, or shipping costs unless the product is defective.
- In some cases, if a replacement product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the defective product, at our discretion.

- Exchanges: If your product is defective, we will arrange for a direct exchange with the same product or a similar item of equal value, depending on availability.
