Nice, Simple, Japandi Style Light, Works Great

I installed this lamp in one of my studio apartments to improve the room's lighting. I’ll use it with an Alexa compatible smart bulb so it will dim and provide nice even light in any color or color temp. It’s simple , balanced and attractive. It has a nice Japandi look.

Complete accessories, easy installation

It comes with a mounting plate, canopy, pendant cable with attached socket, and a paper shade. The canopy is painted an even glossy white and has a strain relief on it for the cord. The paper shade itself is well made, and it’s a nice neutral shade of off-white. The lantern globe is well proportioned; balanced.

Great lamp! Odd instructions

Overall this lamp is great! We have a toddler who loves to throw things around, and this lightweight and simple lamp is exactly what we need, giving me a lot of peace of mind. The old ceiling lamp was mostly glass, so I feel much better having this paper/wire lamp hanging above my little-one as he sleeps too. I am glad for the soft, diffused light it gives. My only complaint about this lamp is the installation! My husband installed it, and he found very quickly that some of the included hardware was different than the instructions showed. He has installed lamps before, so he figured it out with the included hardware, despite the mis-match instructions. Despite that hiccup in installation, I think this lamp is fairly priced (it’s sizable!), I like the modern yet soft aesthetic, and it works perfectly in the space we intended :)

Installation is complete.

It arrived quickly, on-time, and well packaged. Each of the parts were wrapped individually to protect them from each other and the outside world, without a bunch of unnecessary foam and plastic that won’t recycle. I appreciate that.
